The Role - Behaviour Mentor As a Behaviour Mentor, you will support pupils with SEN across KS1 and KS2 who may present challenging behaviour. You will play a key part in helping them regulate emotions, build positive behaviour patterns, and stay engaged in their learning. The successful candidate will be patient, consistent, and proactive, using effective behaviour management strategies to support pupils' social and emotional development. Experience working with children with additional behavioural needs is highly preferred.
