The Role - Behaviour Mentor
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be working closely and supporting pupils in KS2 who present challenging behaviour. You will be promoting positive behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement in learning. The ideal candidate will be encouraging, nurturing and proactive, implementing strategies that support pupils to make progress within their behaviour and social skills. Ideally, you will have previous experience working with children who display challenging behaviour.

Based in the borough of Enfield, this friendly and inclusive primary school is only a 5 minute walk from the nearest train station. The school is mixed gender, catering for pupils aged 3-11 years old. This school has a focus on providing an inclusive and supportive learning environment for pupils to feel valued, supported and encouraged to thrive in their learning.
