Whether youre mixing cocktails behind the bar or guiding guests through the menu, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience. What Youll Do As part of our FOH team, you will: Deliver warm, attentive, and professional service Learn and share the stories behind Georgian dishes, wines, and traditions Anticipate guest needs and create memorable moments Support smooth communication between bar, kitchen, and floor Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation Uphold all hygiene, safety, and licensing procedures As Bartender your additional Responsibilities would be : Prepare cocktails, wines, coffees, and Georgian specialty drinks Assist in developing a creative, modern Georgian cocktail list Keep the bar stocked, clean, and efficient during service What Were Looking For Experience in quality bars/restaurants (preferred but not essential) Wine knowledge and passion ( WSET lvl 2) A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience A positive, proactive, team-focused mindset Curiosity to learn about Georgian cuisine, wine, and culture Strong communication skills Ability to stay organised under pressure To Apply Please submit your CV via the "Apply" button.
