What we expect from you: Greeting all guests on arrival and making them feel at home Serving guests at the bar and the restaurant in a professional yet approachable manner Attending provided trainings and maintaining good knowledge of our cocktail, backbar & food menus to have the knowledge and confidence to give our guest the best hospitality possible Daily bar maintenance - following opening and closing procedures that comply with company as well as health & safety standards Maintaining adequate stock levels of beverages and prebatches, prepping more as required Supporting restaurant service whenever needed and possible Working closely with the kitchen and our front of house team Building and maintaining healthy relationships with our regulars, locals, businesses and suppliers.
