What youll be doing at Sticks n Sushi Ensure our bar service standards are carried out at the highest level and always prioritise the needs of the guests.
Ensure that standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the bar and restaurant
Continuously develop knowledge of our new products and concepts
Youll be the face of our values, culture and brand, helping our Guests to leave the real world behind for a little while.
Youll bring passion, energy, and personality to the bar - every shift!
You will learn about Danish & Japanese culture, ingredients, and service style - so when you recommend a drink, pour sake, or guide the guest through our menu, your focus is on mastering your craft.
What youll bring to us Ideally, you already have experience in a busy bar, knowing how to give great service and make people happy.
You are a spark of energy full of passion for hospitality. (And probably say Ja tak more than once a day!)
You love learning, keeping your hands busy. You flow like water - calm under pressure.
You bring kindness, respect, and live the big smile, small ego way.
