As a Barista at The MAINE, you will: Deliver friendly, confident, and attentive service to every guest

Prepare drinks swiftly while maintaining the highest standards

Collaborate with your team to ensure seamless service across all day parts

Own your coffee station and take pride in bar set-up and presentation

Embrace and contribute to a culture of excellence and hospitality

Were Looking for Someone Who: Brings positive energy and thrives in a fast-paced, luxury premium environment

Has a passion for coffee and consistently delivers quality and style

Can confidently perform latte art (heart, tulip, rosetta)

Is experienced in adjusting grinders and maintaining recipe consistency

Understands how to operate EPOS till systems with confidence

Has previous experience as a barista, waiter/waitress, or sales assistant in a high-end setting

Naturally warm and friendly, with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitasking under pressure

A sharp eye for detail in both presentation and guest service

Is flexible to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays

Skilled in beverage preparation, with sound knowledge of coffee, espresso drinks, and teas

(Bonus) Holds SCA coffee qualification or similar coffee training, but it is not essential
