Is this role right for you?
As Bar Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day running of the bar, ensuring smooth operations, high service standards, and a positive team environment. You will lead by example, engage your team, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience.
Key responsibilities:
Supervise and support the bar team during service
Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness
Train and develop team members, supporting ongoing growth
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
Support stock control, ordering, and rotation
Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a well-organised bar area
Contribute to strategies that enhance bar revenue and profitability
Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and company procedures
Assist the Bar/Restaurant Manager with daily operations and planning
What were looking for
