Sky Garden is a high quality, high volume venue looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team.. The Bar supervisor will be responsible for running the Sky Garden Bars in the afternoons and evenings.This position requires skills in many positions that hospitality has to offer.. Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months working as a supervisor/bar manager in a similar fast- paced environment..
  • Passion to motivate, train, and manage bar staff to deliver excellent service..
  • Good knowledge of classic cocktails..
  • Compliance with alcohol regulations, health and safety standards, and other relevant laws..
  • Fluent in spoken and written English..
  • Ability to manage a team in a very busy environment..
  • Adaptability to changing situations and customer preferences..

Salary: £17.71 hourly
