Lead and manage the bar operation within a busy Covent Garden venue Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing bar team Maintain exceptional service standards during high-volume trading periods Manage stock, margins, rotas, and compliance Work closely with senior management to drive bar performance and guest experience The Candidate
Proven experience as a Bar Manager or strong Assistant Bar Manager ready to step up Background in high-volume bars, premium casual dining, or late-night hospitality Strong leadership presence with a hands-on approach Commercially aware with good stock and cost control Confident managing busy services and large teams Package
