The Role Looking for a passionate, hands-on Bar Manager to oversee all aspects of the dynamic late-night venue. You will be the heartbeat of operations, driving exceptional service, curating an unforgettable guest experience and managing a talented team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations of a busy speakeasy cocktail bar and live music venue. Manage, trainand inspire a team of bartenders, servers and barbacks to deliver world-class service. Develop and execute innovative cocktail menus in line with the speakeasy theme. Oversee stock control, orderingand supplier relationships to maximise profitability. Ensure the highest standards of health, safety and licensing compliance. Work closely with promoters and musicians to coordinate live music events. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Drive sales and profitability through effective business planning and promotion. Who You Are A proven Bar Manager or Deputy Manager with significant experience in a similar high-volume, late-night cocktail bar or premium live music venue. A true hospitality professional with an impeccable eye for detail and a passion for craft cocktails and live music culture. A natural leader with excellent people management and training skills. Commercially savvy, with strong financial acumen (stock, GP, P&L). In-depth knowledge of licensing laws, health & safety, and food hygiene regulations. Flexible and fully available to work weekends, late nights, and as the business requires. Creative, proactive and calm under pressure.
