They are looking for a General Manager for the South London site to take on this exciting challenge. This venue will celebrate all things music, singing, and fun! The General Manager's Role As General Manager of this site, you will be an excellent business manager with experience in high-end, high-street, wet-led bars in London. You will lead the business, report to the Operations Director, train the team to company standards, drive sales, and focus on business development and future management succession. Requirements Experience in the late-night bar scene Exceptional attention to detail Proven track record in developing junior managers Experience working with systems in a branded environment is a bonus This is an excellent opportunity to join a new brand with a clear path to success.
