As the
Bar and Lounges Assistant Manager , you will play a key supporting role in the smooth running of the bar and lounge areas. Working closely with the Bar and Lounges Manager, you will help lead the team, uphold exceptional service standards and ensure guests enjoy a seamless, luxury experience from the moment they arrive. This is a hands-on operational role ideal for someone who thrives in a premium environment, enjoys motivating others and is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. You will support with training, service delivery, team coordination and maintaining the high standards expected within a 5-star property.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Bar and Lounges Manager in daily operations across all bar and lounge areas Lead and motivate the team during service, ensuring 5-star standards are consistently met Assist with rota creation and staffing plans based on business levels Deliver exceptional guest experiences, anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly Support in developing and enhancing the bar offering to elevate guest satisfaction Maintain strong awareness of business levels to ensure smooth and efficient service Communicate updates, standards and expectations clearly to the team Assist with training, mentoring and developing team members Uphold impeccable hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest journeys About You
Experience supervising or supporting management within a 5-star or 4-star hospitality environment Due to location, you must be able to drive
