Job Description: We are urgently recruiting for Bank Support Workers to work with teenagers in a supported living setting in Bournemouth. You will be supporting young people aged 1618 who have arrived in the UK without parental support, helping them to settle, build confidence, and develop independence skills.
Key Responsibilities: Support young people in a supported living environment Assist with daily living skills (cooking, budgeting, routines) Help with GP registration, education and benefits applications Encourage independence and confidence building Provide emotional support and build positive relationships
Shift Patterns: Day shifts Sleep-in shifts Flexible bank work available
Requirements: Experience working with teenagers or young people (essential) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patient, reliable, and supportive approach Additional languages desirable due to limited English spoken by some young people
