What You’ll Be Doing: Join our client's team as a Band 6/7 Pharmacist supporting an inpatient NHS hospital service. In this role, you will: Perform clinical checks and reviews on inpatient prescriptions

Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective patient care

Manage medicines reconciliation and discharge planning

Support ward-based clinical pharmacy duties

Maintain clear and accurate records
