Band 6/7 Community Beds Occupational Therapist
to join our team in
Nottingham . This fulfilling role involves working with patients recently discharged from hospital, providing assessment and rehabilitation before they safely return home. Perks and benefits: Flexible locum working:

What you will do: Conduct holistic assessments
of patients in community bed settings.
Develop and implement personalised rehabilitation plans
to support patient recovery and transition home.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams , including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Support patients and families
to understand and engage with rehabilitation goals.
Document and report progress , adjusting treatment plans as required.
Provide education and training
to patients and families on maintaining rehabilitation objectives.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
and uphold high standards of patient care.
Requirements: HCPC registration
(mandatory)
Minimum 2 years' experience
in occupational therapy or related specialism
Car driver preferable
(not essential)
