Your role:
As an Azure Security Operations Engineer / DevSecOpsyou will play a crucial role in building and securing cloud-native platforms and development workflows, working at the intersection of Azure cloud engineering, security operations and CI/CD pipeline automation, ensuring that security is embedded into every stage of the software delivery lifecycle.
You'll take ownership of implementing and maintaining security controls across Azure environments, continuously monitoring systems for vulnerabilities, misconfigurations and threats. You will also be responsible for securing CI/CD pipelines, integrating automated security testing, enforcing best practices, and ensuring that development teams can ship code quickly without compromising safety.
Location / WFH:
There's a remote first policy so you can work from home from anywhere in the UK (or can be hybrid based from the London office).
About you:
You must be a Computer Science graduate from a Russel Group university (min 2:1 classification)
You have experience with DevSecOps, security testing, monitoring and securing CI/CD pipelines
You have a strong knowledge of Azure and cloud security
You have experience of threat detection and scanning code for vulnerabilities
You're collaborative with excellent communication and relationship building skills
You have meticulous attention to detail
You have strong analysis and problem solving skills
