FULLY REMOTEINSIDE IR35 CONTRACTResource Group are currently working in partnership with a global managed service provider, assisting them with the search for a AWS Consultant on a contract basis.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support the migration of virtual machines and workloads from legacy infrastructure into AWS using migration tooling and automationDesign and implement AWS infrastructure components including networking, compute, and storage in line with high-level architectureEstablish and maintain multi-account AWS environments with appropriate governance, monitoring, and access controlsCollaborate with security and networking teams to ensure secure connectivity, encryption, and edge protection throughout the migration lifecycleContribute to post-migration optimisation activities, including service refinement, cost efficiency, and operational readiness.Key Skills:Strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, VPC, S3, EBS, IAM, and CloudWatchProven experience delivering cloud migrations using tools such as AWS MGN or similar replication technologiesSolid understanding of networking concepts including segmented environments, routing, and hybrid connectivityKnowledge of cloud security principles including identity management, encryption (KMS), and threat detection tools (e.g., GuardDuty, Security Hub)Ability to work in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements and tight delivery timelines.Further job details available upon application.ECS Recruitment Group Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.JBRP1_UKTJ
