£24,675 per year (not pro rata)
Term-time only
37.5 hours per week
4-day working week coming soon
paid for five days, work four (post-probation)

About you
Warm, patient and genuinely committed to helping young people
Enthusiastic and willing to learn
no specialist experience required
Experience supporting children or young people with Autism or SEN is highly valued
Able to work calmly, thoughtfully and as part of a team
Keen to encourage confidence, independence and self-belief
GCSEs in English and Maths
The Role
Support pupils aged 519 with Autism in small class settings
Encourage communication, independence and emotional wellbeing
Assist teachers with preparing activities and classroom resources
Provide day-to-day emotional and practical support
Help maintain a calm, positive and safe learning environment
