Audit and Accounts Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and review audits for SME clients
- Manage accounts preparation and year-end reporting
- Provide technical and commercial advice to clients
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Work closely with partners on planning and workflow
- ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience with strong audit and accounts experience
- Confident managing engagements and building client relationships
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in an independent practice
- Full-time or part-time hours available
- Friendly, supportive team environment
- Varied workload and stable client base
