Investment Funds - London - 5+ PQE

Our international City firm client is looking to add an Investment Funds solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' experience to the London team.

The Partners are interested in hearing from candidates with strong technical knowledge of the legal framework governing investment funds in UK and other core funds jurisdictions, such as Channel Islands and Luxembourg.

In addition to having a good understanding of the legal structures utilised by investment funds, along with familiarity with tax considerations affecting such entities, the suitable candidate will have the ability to understand complex structures and provide clear, commercial advice.
