What Youll Be Doing Connecting specialist talent with leading Life Sciences companies
Building and developing your own client relationships and market
Managing recruitment processes from first conversation to offer stage
Working to clear targets that drive commission and progression
Developing into a market specialist with ownership of your desk
Learning consultative sales, negotiation, and relationship building
