Associate Project Manager Apprentice - Level 4
New Today
You’ll be joining a dynamic team dedicated to delivering software and content licensing solutions that empower UK further and higher education institutions. Working alongside experienced licensing managers and portfolio specialists, you’ll gain hands-on experience by attending key meetings, supporting negotiation processes, and actively contributing to a variety of licensing initiatives that shape the future of education.
A Day in the Life of an Associate Project Manager Apprentice
A typical day sees you supporting the licensing team, preparing for vendor negotiations, tracking licence agreements, and reviewing pricing proposals and contract terms to ensure they meet academic needs. Along the way, you’ll collaborate with colleagues and gain hands-on experience in the processes that keep Jisc’s licensing work running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining documentation and CRM records, supporting stakeholder consultations, and contributing to reporting on agreement performance and sector impact. You’ll also help identify potential issues with vendor delivery and assist in updating licence terms, pricing, or scope as needed.
Collaboration sits at the core of this role. You’ll partner with colleagues across licensing, procurement, data, and business operations, bringing together diverse expertise to understand member priorities and drive projects forward. By working seamlessly across teams, you’ll help turn complex needs into impactful delivery.
