Our innovative single-use solutions enhance flexibility across upstream and downstream operations, enabling more dynamic, efficient workflows.With a portfolio of highly configurable Bioprocess Containers (BPCs) and advanced fluid transfer assemblies, we empower manufacturers to streamline operations, strengthen process reliability, and minimize particulate risk-driving performance from development through commercial production.The Associate Product Manager will play a meaningful part in shaping and advancing global product strategies that accelerate growth across our full portfolio.What will you do?Support and collaborate with Product Managers to drive cost saving initiatives forwardDrive projects to successful completion, both independently and in cross-functional collaborationAssist in strategic initiatives across the existing portfolios and NPIs to accelerate revenue growth and enhance overall profitabilityPartner with Product Managers to execute successful product launchesCollaborate with Product Engineering, Quality, Operations and Commercial teams to ensure timely execution of key initiativesReport on progress of initiatives, proactively identifying risks, challenges, and opportunitiesEducation:Bachelor’s degree is required. Experience:2+ years of Project Management, Product Management, or Quality experience in the life sciences industryBioproduction industry experience preferredStrong project management skillsStrong understanding of quality management systems and tools (e.g. change control) preferredExperience working with customers and commercial teams strongly preferredKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesShown ability to work independently as well and effectively across functionsCommitment to maintaining a quality-focused culture and driving continuous improvementStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detailMust work well with others – inspires trust and open communication amongst team members and peers.
