TML Recruitment is partnered with a leading UK-wide property practice in their search for an AssociatePartner - Commercial Valuation to be based out of their prestigious Bristol offices.Our client is currently one of the fastest-growing property consultancies in the UK and is renowned forstaff happiness, satisfaction, and career development. With a strategic growth mandate across multiple markets, they now seek additional expertise to join their expanding team and report directly to the overall head of the division. The team currently comprises of 7 professionals. Its the ideal time to join a firm with a strong brand andrespected reputation, yet within a team small enough for you to make a real impact and be highly visible. The team manages a portfolio covering the whole of whole Southwest and South Wales region with keyclients consisting of all the main lending banks, challenger banks, solicitors, accountants, local authorities and public bodies, charities, educational establishments and individuals. Projects this role would likely be involved in: Secured lending valuations for all the main commercial asset classes. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for their next step, taking ownership of a varied portfolio, supporting ongoing and new instructions, whilst being part of a wider, national team.
