The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director to take a leading role within the Prime Residential division.
This position is suited to a commercially astute professional who enjoys client-facing work, leading teams, and contributing to the strategic growth of a high-performing consultancy.
As Associate Director
- Prime Residential , you will be responsible for: Leading the delivery of prime residential projects from inception through to completion Acting as the primary client contact, building and maintaining long-term relationships Providing expert cost management and commercial advice on high-value residential schemes Managing and mentoring junior and mid-level team members Supporting business development and contributing to work-winning activities Ensuring projects are delivered to the highest professional and quality standards The Ideal Candidate The successful Associate Director
- Prime Residential will have: A strong background in prime or high-end residential property Proven experience in a senior quantity surveying or consultancy role MRICS qualification ESSENTIAL Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills A commercial mindset with the ability to contribute to strategic growth Leadership experience with a collaborative and proactive approach What's on Offer £75,000
