Associate Director Medical Affairs – Biologics (Contract)We are seeking an experienced Associate Medical Director to support biologics medical affairs activities within a global, science‑driven pharmaceutical organisation. This contract role is based in Cambridge, with three days per week onsite, and plays a key role in delivering medical initiatives aligned to global medical strategy.The Associate Medical Director will take ownership of defined components of the biologics medical agenda, ensuring high‑quality execution across evidence, scientific exchange and cross‑functional collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesLead delivery of priority medical initiatives for biologics in line with global medical affairs objectivesContribute to development and execution of integrated medical plans across global, regional and affiliate teamsDrive medical input into evidence planning, scientific communications and external engagement activitiesPartner closely with medical colleagues across evidence generation, patient‑focused initiatives and medical excellence functionsProvide scientific leadership and guidance to cross‑functional teams including market access, regulatory and commercial partnersOversee medical governance, including review and approval of promotional and non‑promotional materialsSupport competitive intelligence, payer‑relevant insights and alignment with regulatory considerationsSkills & ExperienceMedical degree or PhD with strong experience in biologics within medical affairsProven experience operating at Associate Medical Director or senior medical leadership levelStrong understanding of global medical affairs models and matrix working environmentsExperience collaborating across functions such as Medical Excellence, Evidence & Outcomes Research and Patient CentricityExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior level #J-18808-Ljbffr
