This is an opportunity to join a well-established civil and structural engineering consultancy where senior leaders are trusted, visible and integral to long-term growth.\n\nBased from the London office, you will play a senior leadership role within a strongly performing infrastructure team, delivering development-led civil engineering projects across the UK.

While London provides the regional base, the work spans residential, commercial, industrial, high-rise and major residential developments of 500+ units nationwide. You will not be limited to one sector and will have real influence over technical standards, people development and client relationships.\n\nThe role\n\nAs an Associate Director, you will lead infrastructure delivery while contributing to the strategic growth of the civil engineering team.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\n* Leading highways and drainage design for major development projects\n * Overseeing S278, S38 and S104 approvals and technical strategy\n * Providing technical governance and mentoring senior engineers\n * Acting as a senior client-facing contact across key accounts\n * Managing project delivery, resources and commercial performance\n * Supporting Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies\n * Contributing to fee proposals, bids and work winning\n * Supporting recruitment, team growth and succession planning\n\nAbout you\n\nThis role suits a senior infrastructure-focused civil engineer ready to lead.\n\nYou will ideally have:\n\n* A degree in Civil Engineering\n * Chartered status with ICE\n * Strong UK consultancy experience in development infrastructure\n * Proven leadership and client management capability\n * A collaborative, commercially aware approach\n\nEligibility to Apply\n\nApplicants must already have the right to work in the UK.
