Our team work on projects worth up to £1Bn with clients including leading life sciences, large corporations, housing associations, contractors and developers. What you need to do to be effective in this role Mentor QS cost management colleagues to develop their skills. Collaborate with Winchester and Ridge leadership teams. Manage clients and pursue new business opportunities. Participate in business development forums and sector groups. Coordinate cost management across all offices. Work independently on assigned tasks. Advise on contracts and construction conditions. Guide design teams on cost-effective methods and materials to stay within budget. Prepare tender documents. Oversee project costs during construction and negotiate final accounts. Lead client meetings and ensure successful project delivery. Expand business through new and repeat projects. Manage projects from inception to completion and use. Skills and experience you need to have for this role Experience leading multiple projects and managing client relationships, including business development Excellent communication and commercial awareness Relevant project experience RICS-accredited degree or equivalent MRICS Chartered status Background in commercially focused roles Enthusiastic and ambitious Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel) and industry-standard software Cost X experience preferred
