We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Team Manager to help lead our South Locality Discharge Service and play a key part in delivering efficient, effective services for adults across Wiltshire.
This role is based at Salisbury District Hospital and covers other settings, including rehabilitation beds in care homes. We offer a strong network of support, guidance, and professional development to support you in this role.
As Assistant Team Manager, you will support the flow between acute and community settings, to achieve positive outcomes for customers. We are looking for a confident decision-maker who understands the importance of performance and brings energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for doing things differently to achieve the best outcomes. A Level 5 management qualification (or equivalent experience) is essential, along with at least two years of management or supervisory experience.
