We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Supply Planner to join our client's growing supply chain team. This role will play a key part in supporting the end-to-end procurement and supply planning process, working closely with manufacturing partners to ensure timely delivery of products aligned to business and trend-led demands.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end purchasing process, from raising purchase orders through to delivery and receipt of goods.
Respond swiftly to urgent sourcing requirements arising from trend-driven product updates or last-minute changes.
Liaise closely with manufacturing partners to communicate purchase orders, material needs and production timelines accurately and effectively.
Act as the primary supply chain contact for allocated factories, building and maintaining strong, professional working relationships.
Monitor order progress, flag potential risks and collaborate with internal teams to support on-time delivery.
Ensure all purchasing and supply planning activity is accurately documented and aligned with company processes.
About You:
Previous experience in a procurement, supply planning or purchasing role is highly desirable.
Ideally experienced in working with Far East factories and supply chains, with a good understanding of overseas manufacturing and lead times.
Strong communication skills, with the confidence to work directly with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.
A proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
