Introduction Are you looking for an opportunity to progress in store management? We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our fashion store team in Leith (EH6 5HX), to help us deliver an excellent customer journey. What does this role involve As an Assistant Store Manager you support the Store Manager with day‑to‑day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence. You inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver outstanding customer service, meet targets, maintain visual merchandising, maximise sales, support recruitment and development of volunteers, achieve expectations within campaign activities, and work with the manager to generate stock.
