Assistant Store Manager – Slowear London (King’s Road)

Slowear is seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our boutique in King’s Road, London. This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role within a premium retail environment while also supporting the development of our new womenswear project.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive business performance. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the customer journey, fostering long-term client relationships through CRM, and analyzing sales trends to help the team exceed targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and team performance
  • Monitor and analyze store KPIs, identifying opportunities to drive sales and improve results
  • Lead and support the execution of CRM strategies to build and retain a loyal client base
  • Play an active role in the launch and development of the new womenswear category
  • Train and motivate the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with the Slowear brand values
  • Ensure adherence to all internal procedures, visual merchandising standards, and inventory management processes
  • Promote and embody Slowear’s commitment to sustainability, inclusion, and timeless Italian style


Profile

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a premium or luxury retail environment, ideally in a leadership or senior sales role.
  • Preferred experience in both menswear and ladieswear fashion retail
  • Strong CRM knowledge and clienteling mindset
  • Comfortable with sales performance analysis and turning insights into actions
  • A passion for quality craftsmanship, timeless fashion, and refined aesthetics
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team leadership skills
  • Creative, proactive, and eager to contribute to the growth of a new product category
