It means youll be more than prepared to step into the Store Managers shoes in their absence.

Youll need to be: An experienced people-manager Used to leading teams in a fast-paced, stakeholder/customer driven environment Skilled in time management and boosting operational efficiency Motivated to consistently achieve targets Please note, the salary displayed is based on a 45 hours per week contract. xbpsjku

Aldi are also able to offer 32, 36 and 40 hour contracts, and in these instances the salary offered would be pro-rated.
