- Take ownership of daily trading performance, motivating the team to deliver strong results on the shop floor.
- Drive a customer-first mindset, ensuring every interaction maximises sales opportunities while maintaining a luxury service standard.
- Actively support clienteling initiatives, repeat business, and high-value customer engagement.
Team Leadership & Shop Floor Management:
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a high performing retail team.
- Take responsibility for managing the shop floor, including team deployment, service standards, and customer flow.
- Lead by example through confident selling, exceptional styling, and professional conduct at all times.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing performance management to build a motivated and capable team.
Customer Experience & Brand Representation:
- Deliver a seamless, elevated in-store experience that reflects the Odd Muse brand and luxury positioning.
- Support personal shopping and bridal appointments, ensuring clients receive attentive, polished, and memorable service.
- Build strong relationships with clients through personalised service and follow-up, encouraging loyalty and repeat visits.
- Act as a brand ambassador, upholding Odd Muse’s tone, values, and aesthetic on the shop floor.
Store Operations & Support:
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, VM standards, and daily administration.
- Ensure the shop floor and back of house are consistently organised and compliant.
- Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
- Step up to manage the store in the Store Manager’s absence, ensuring continuity of leadership and performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a team and driving KPIs in a relevant fashion, luxury, or premium retail environment.
- Proven ability to motivate a team and deliver results on the shop floor.
- Strong commercial awareness with confidence analysing performance and reacting to trading needs.
- Passionate about customer experience, styling, and luxury service.
- Confident, polished, and professional, with excellent communication skills.
