We are currently recruting for a Assistant Site Manager with a leading South East based developer. With an enviable reputation it has built up in the area and boasting a fantastic future pipeline of work secured this company have gone from strength to strength and are now seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager on one of their flagship sites.

As the Assistant Site Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects on site. This is a hands-on position where you'll be involved in coordinating trades, managing logistics, and ensuring works are progressing in line with programme, quality, and health & safety standards.

Dutes and responsibilities:

* Support the Site Manager in delivering safe, high-quality, on-time construction projects

* Lead day-to-day site activity including health & safety and making sure quality standards are maintained

* Coordinate sub-contractors and ensure programmes, plans and regulations are adhered to and achieved

* Maintain a clean, well-presented site that is expected of the company’s projects

* Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers and external partners

* Ensuring quality standards are met across all aspects of the build

* Managing site logistics, including deliveries and materials

Experience & Qualifications

* You will have ideally worked for another established developer in a similar role

* SSSTS or SMSTS

* First Aid
