The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean and well-maintained school site.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCaretaking duties and general site maintenance\nGrounds maintenance\nGeneral and emergency cleaning as required\nEmergency repairs and portering duties\nLiaising with contractors and site users\nKey holder responsibilities, including opening and locking up the siteWhat We're Looking For\n\nAn organised, friendly and dependable team player\nSomeone willing to work hard and use initiative\nA practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving\nPrevious experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential\nAdditional skills such as DIY, painting and decorating would be advantageous\nApplicants must be fit and healthy\nA clean driving licence would be useful, though not essentialWorking Pattern\n\nThe Assistant Site Manager role is based in Milton Keynes and ideally offers working hours of Monday to Friday, 1:00pm - 6:00pm.
