Opportunity

As our next Assistant Site Manager, you’ll step into a fast-paced £10 million residential scheme in Liverpool, managing the internal finishes and snagging stages over the next 6–9 months. You’ll work closely with the Senior Site Manager to deliver impeccable quality, ensure timely completion, and uphold the high standards we’re known for. As an Assistant Site Manager, you’ll gain invaluable hands-on experience and be fully supported to develop your leadership and technical skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee internal fit-out, finishing works, and snagging to ensure flawless delivery

Coordinate contractors and suppliers, maintaining schedules and on-site safety

Conduct quality inspections and prepare snagging reports for sign-off

Liaise with the Senior Site Manager, , and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

You will reference your role as Assistant Site Manager as you conduct daily briefings, manage compliance documentation, and drive continuous improvement.
