Assistant Site Manager \nWest Midlands – Wolverhampton project (Immediate interviews available)\nUpto £45,000 plus package \n\nRefurbishment experience is essential!\n\nOur client, a main contractor with a Head Office located in the East Midlands are actively looking to develop their operational team with the introduction of a site based Assistant Site Manager.\n\nAs a main contractor our client enjoys a turnover of c£100 million and deliver New Build & Refurbishment schemes, ranging in value from £2m to £30m.\nAs they are venturing further down in to the West Midlands, they have recently secured a Refurbishment project in Wolverhampton with a contract value of £10 million.\n\nThe Candidate (Assistant Site Manager):\nAs an Assistant Site Manager you should early experiences of general main contracting experience gained through working on a variety of project types with the ability to work independently with confidence and decisiveness. \n\n•\tPrevious Refurbishment experience is essential.\n•\tSMSTS\n•\tFirst Aid\n•\tA full UK driving license\n\nThe Package:\n•\tSalary: Up to £45,000 dependent on experience \n•\tCompany Car / Allowance\n•\tWorkplace Pension\n•\tBonus
