You will support the General Manager in all aspects for managing this popular and established restaurant, leading and developing the team to achieve the highest standards and working with the chefs to deliver excellent fresh food to concept standards. A volume driven restaurant operating at the top end of the casual dining market, candidates should be able to drive their teams and culture to deliver consistency and pace. The Candidate The successful candidate for this opportunity will need experience at management level in a food led volume driven business. You will be confident working with fresh food and high service standards and and will enjoy working within an evolving and forward-thinking environment.
