Key Responsibilities Supervise the daily operation and team for the Restaurant and M&E area, and ensure the correct open/closing procedures are adhered to Maintain high visibility to ensure the smooth running of the shift Ensure all food orders are served to the required standard, liaising with the Kitchen and other F&B areas where necessary Maintain effective and regular communication within the team, carrying out daily shift handovers and briefings Ensure team members have current knowledge of all F&B promotions, room packages, local events and other general product knowledge necessary to perform their duties What Were Looking For Proven leadership experience in within hospitality Strong organisational skills, with experience managing large and diverse teams Approachable, hands-on, and passionate about guest experience and team development Drive to go above and beyond, in exceeding guest expectations and finding ways to continually improve service.
