Due to an increase in business and new restaurant openings, we are looking for an Assistant Restaurant General Manager and based in Central London. The salary on offer for the Assistant Restaurant General Manager role is £45,000 per year plus other benefits and bonus to be discussed at the interview stage. We are a restaurant group including 4 successful restaurants with a new opening in the pipeline and we have been awarded the Bib Gourmand for several consecutive years. The ideal Assistant Restaurant General Manager will have previous experience in a similar role and be well used to high volume and high-quality operations. The Assistant Restaurant General Manager will be overseeing a team of 25/30 Front of House staff. The hours of work are 45/48 per week and 7 shifts over 5 days. We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant General Manager with excellent management and customer service skills and from a quality branded background.
