We are excited to bring to the market this wonderful opportunity to join a leading operator of luxury office space as an Assistant Manager! This is a very successful business with a huge emphasis on team culture and great events.

  • Some supervisory experience in a customer service focussed role.

Are you a natural "people person" can you see yourself meeting and greeting clients, conducting tours of  luxury offices and being the "go to" for a small team of reception staff. 

\n\n

Are you able to complete admin tasks such as rotas/ sending invoices to clients / booking meeting rooms. 

\n\n

We are looking for curious and people oriented candidates with the ability to engage customers and ask questions with ease, for this role you must be computer literate and be willing to learn and show others how to use IT/systems.
