Responsibilities Cost Management & Budget Control: Assist in the preparation and ongoing monitoring of project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, cost reporting, and value engineering across sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, and residential. Procurement Support: Support the procurement process by preparing tender documentation, analysing subcontractor quotes, and assisting with contract formation for projects spanning heritage, leisure, and performing arts facilities.
