Assistant Quantity Surveyor Location: Llantrisant Salary: £35,000 + package

Pro Staff Construction are working with a construction contractor that is looking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account

* Support with cost planning, procurement, and subcontractor management

* Assist in preparing valuations, variations, and cost reports

* Work closely with site teams to monitor project progress and budgets

* Help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements:

* Previous experience in an Assistant Quantity Surveyor role

* Experience working on new build projects

* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

* Good communication and organisational skills

* Degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying
