Are you a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career? We're working with a well-established and forward-thinking construction company seeking an ambitious AQS to join their team on exciting upcoming projects. What You'll Be Doing: * Supporting the Senior QS and commercial team in managing project costs from inception to completion * Assisting in the preparation of cost plans, valuations, and final accounts * Helping to procure and manage subcontractors * Attending site visits and liaising with site teams * Keeping accurate records and assisting with cost reporting and budgeting What We're Looking For: * HNC OR above qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar * Minimum 2 years’ UK construction experience in a QS or Assistant QS role (ideally with a main contractor or subcontractor) * Strong numeracy and communication skills * A proactive mindset and willingness to learn * Working knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts is a plus What's in It for You: * Clear career progression with mentorship from experienced QS professionals * Competitive salary, travel expenses, and generous holiday allowance * Opportunity to work on diverse, high-value projects * Supportive and collaborative team environment...
