They are now seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team and begin a long-term career within the super-prime construction market .

The successful candidate will work closely with senior commercial professionals , receiving hands-on training and mentorship across all aspects of commercial management on high-end projects.
Attitude, professionalism, and communication skills are considered as important as technical ability .
Key Responsibilities Supporting senior Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers on live projects

Assisting with cost reporting, valuations, and financial administration

Helping prepare tender and procurement documentation

Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers under guidance

Assisting with variations, change control, and final accounts

Maintaining accurate commercial records and documentation

Learning super-prime standards, processes, and best practice

Candidate Profile Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline

Highly presentable, articulate, and professional in manner

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Eager to learn and progress within the super-prime sector

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail

Comfortable working in a client-facing, quality-driven environment

Previous super-prime experience is not essential this role is about potential, mindset, and ambition .
