Aiding the senior venue management and taking full responsibility in their absence. Guaranteeing that all regulations and procedures are adhered to. Ensuring the highest standards of service, quality & cleanliness. Managing profit margins and growing sales. Motivating, coaching, and developing the team so they can further progress their careers.
