What youll be doing at Sticks n Sushi Youll assist the General Manager to ensure elevated hospitality for each guest in how you lead a shift, motivating, coaching and inspiring your fish.
Youll support the General Manager to grow a strong community of Guests, welcoming everyone equally.
You will have the trust to make decisions, solve challenges and keep the good energy flowing.

You have the adaptability of water to stay flexible and quickly respond to challenges and changes.
Youll bring a real understanding of togetherness. A natural ability to support your fellow Strange Fishes.
Youll show a flair for delivering personal touches to create memorable experiences for our Guests that take them away from the real world for a while.
