We are the Glasshouse Pub in New Malden, a popular neighbourhood boozer loved by many locals and residents. We have a function space and a large beer garden where we host many parties and events. We host a weekly pub quiz and live music, were about to launch a new games night, and we do a mean Sunday roast! Were on the hunt for an assistant manager with charisma and a strong work ethic to help run our lovely little team. Basic responsibilities: Serving on the bar Opening and closing the pub Cash handling Maintaining the bar, front-of-house areas, and cellar, keeping everything clean and organised Candidates must have experience working in a fast-paced environment and in a similar supervisory or management role. Ideally, wed like someone with good social media skills, as this will be part of your workload too.
