VIENI, Birmingham (Jewellery Quarter) Were VIENI - an independent restaurant in Birminghams Jewellery Quarter, built around simple, ingredient-led food, thoughtful drinks, and genuinely warm hospitality. Our menu is shaped by seasonality and a respect for quality produce, with a focus on clean, honest cooking and attention to detail in everything we serve. As a small, independent restaurant, were hands-on in every aspect of what we do, from how we prepare our food to how we look after our guests. Were now looking for an Assistant Manager to work closely alongside our Restaurant Manager, supporting the day-to-day running of the restaurant and helping lead the team. The Role This is a key position within our team. Youll support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing service, maintaining standards, organising the team, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from open to close. When needed, youll confidently step up to take responsibility and lead the floor. Were looking for someone who leads by example - calm under pressure, organised, and genuinely supportive. Youll be just as comfortable motivating the team as you are being hands-on during busy services. A real passion for food is essential in this role.
